Flat easy ride around the Tyne at about 10mph
Please read all below.
For the safety and enjoyment of all riders please check your bike is roadworthy, that you are capable of the route mileage at 10mph. Please do not pass the leader, don't cross wheels or follow to close, please repeat any warnings given (bollards etc ) shout stopping if you have to stop suddenly.
Bring: mask, disposable gloves and hand sanitizer, helmet, 2 tubes, waterproofs (even in good weather) and lights for your bike, also enough food and drink for hydration and energy. All tools you need so you are self-sufficient in repairing your bike, punctures etc.
You are free to choose to ride with us, but you do so entirely at your own risk. We cannot accept responsibility for any loss or injury suffered as a result of participation.
