Occasional cyclists, or those wishing to get back into cycling - this ride has been designed for you. We will be riding at a fairly relaxed pace of around 9 mph. If hills worry you, it is difficult to avoid them completely in the area, but any can be taken at your pace, even if this means walking up them. So you can compare with other rides there is a total of 173m of climbing. If possible please bring a spare inner tube (particularly if you do not have 26" or 700 size wheels). Please note that under 16s must be accompanied by an adult.
