New Year's Day to Portobello

One of our favourite rides, starting from the zig zags at Russell Road and cycling into town and across the meadows then through the Innocent Tunnel and then cycle paths out to Portobello where we will cycle along the prom and stop at the end for our outdoor coffee/food stop. We will then return via Leith mostly on cycle paths

This is an old favourite on New Years Day, doing a loop to Portobello and back via Leith

some roads and lots of stretches on cycle paths too

We will stop at Portobello for an outdoor coffee stop

bring puncture repair if you have it or a means of getting home in the event of a puncture
