About the route
This ride meanders along canal towpaths and country roads, through the pictureseque villages of Flore and Brockhall, stopping at the Whilton Locks Cafe.
The ride does have a few hills in the first two thirds, but after resting at the cafe the ride home along the towpath is flat.
The route is likely to be very muddy on the towpath and we will ride rain or shine, so bring your MTB and waterproof clothing.
