This gentle forest ride will start in Bashley, down to Wootton Bridge and along the scenic old railway line towards Brockenhurst. The return will be on the same route, with a possible detour into Setthorns or Wootton Coppice Inclosure. All welcome, the ride will be a gentle pace and we will all ride together. Please join us.
The route will be mainly off-road so mountain bikes or hybrid bikes with off-road tyres will be needed. Helmets are essential. Please bring clothing suitable for the weather, together with a snack and drink for the ride and a spare inner tube for your bike.
There will be rest stops en-route where we can enjoy the lovely scenery.
First-timers welcome!
