Navestock Loop Road Ride

This ride is part of a series of rides that we will be running over the autumn and winter to keep building on the success of the spring and summer road rides. We will leave from the Redbridge Cycling Centre and ride via Lambourne End out to Shonks Mill and back.  The route is mostly on quiet roads and will involve some hills so is a great way to build your fitness over the winter months.    We will return to the cycling centre for tea and cake once the ride is complete. If anyone wants to do a longer ride, there is the opportnity to ride from Woodford Green to the centre (6 miles each way) with the Breeze ride leader.  Contact details below. This ride is not suitable for beginners and you need to be riding a bike that is suitable for longer distances on the road.  The Breeze champion carries tools but not spare inner tubes so please ensure that you have any spares that may be needed for your bike such as inner tubes.
