National Trust 'Tour de Clumber'

Celebrate the start of the Tour de France in the UK by joining us for a circuit of Clumber Park. We start from the cycle hire shop where bikes can be hired for the discounted rate of £2 for the whole ride. We will follow the outer cycle route around the park which takes us through woods, past lakes, over fords and through fields. Although the ride is free, entrance to the park/parking may have to be paid (I will try and negoiate free entrance). Bike helmets are not complusory and can be borrowed free of charge from the cycle hire shop. Please bringa drink and a small snack for on route. Cafe and other facilities wil be open when we return.
