National Trust - Clumber

This is a multi ability ride around the park at Clumber. The route will start off at a steady pace and, as there are three leaders, we have the option of varying the route to fit the 1 hour time frame according to speed and ability. There may be charge to enter the park for non- National Trust members. However, if you tell the person on the gate you are participating in the Ladies Cycleabout, you will probably be let off the charge. Refunds may be arranged at the cycle hire's discretion. No facilities will be open at this time, including the toilets, so please go before arriving. Wearing a helmet is advisable. If you don't have one please do not to worry you can borrow one from the cycle hire shop. If you enjoy the bike ride and would like to come again perhaps you could look to buy one then. We really welcome newcomers to our rides. It's a good idea to bring water and a snack. Need a bike? Bike hire is available for a discounted rate of £3 as this ride is run through the National Trust. Book on the ride to reserve your bike. There will be a men's ride running alongside this Breeze ride so you can get your driver active too and meet up at the end for a drink.
