Join us for our Breeze Mums and Tots ride at Ferry Meadows, Peterborough. This is an easygoing ride, the majority off-road, along paths and tracks. The rides start at 10am but if you are hiring a bike can you please arrive a little earlier so we can head off as close to 10am as possible (with little ones it is always tricky to get off on time!).
Come to the Lakeside Hire Centre in Ferry Meadows. Drive into the park and follow the signs to Lakeside.
Rides are free with your own bike, or you can hire a bike/child seat/trailer at a special discounted rate.The route is approximately 4.5 miles with an optional loop if we're feeling energetic and the children are having fun! A drink and a snack will be provided but you may want to bring along some extra drinks/snacks. NB Please wear layers and bring jackets for you and your little ones - and wet weather gear, just in case!
How to join: Places are limited, so please book on by Wednesday, 10pm if you'd like to join the ride - please let us know whether you'll need a bike/child seat/trailer. Rides are free with your own bike, or you can hire a bike/child seat/trailer at a special discounted rate:
- Hire a bike, child seat (age 12 mths+) and helmets for £5.
- Hire a bike, 2-child trailer (age 18 mths+) or trail-a-bike (age 4-6 yrs) and helmets for £10.
Please include a mobile number just in case I need to contact you at the last minute.
