Lovely ride mainly country lanes starting at Stanpit Marsh Nature reserve - free car park, then heading out towards Ringwood and on to Fordingbridge for a refreshment stop at The Moody Cow. Then heading back via Mockbeggar and Ringwood to our starting point. Super views, no one gets left behind, average speed will be between 12mph and 16mph and very much depends on the capability of the group.
