MTB to Colharbour & The Plough Inn

A section of cycle way followed by an off road MTB route. A mixture of trails in woodland, heath, rocky, smooth, sandy and will be wonderfully muddy after rain. Some single track but nothing too technical or scary (depending on your experience). There's some steady climbing, especially on the way up to The Plough. Mostly downhill on the return. You will need to have a reasonable level of bike fitness to do this ride comfortably but it will not be a fast ride, just fairly steady with lots of opportunities to stop and rest when tired. Please bring lights and a lock if you have them.
