This will lead into the Breeze guided rides meeting by the shop at 10.45. Or feel free to ride your own route & meet up again afterwards. LL40 2HZ

Looking to cover basic skills and boost confidence riding off-road versus road. A super-chilled relaxed meet up to get to know each other before the Breeze ride proper and check over the bikes. This will be a fairly informal coaching session - so you can turn up & do as little as you want or watch & ask questions, but you will need your bike & be (almost) ready to ride afterwards.
Let's cover body position
1. when to be off the seat & moving bike under you
2. during braking - less is more, but more often is less!
3. small rock drops - looking ahead & supporting upper body weight
All basic skills that are useful for road riding too! - in fact dropping off curbs is the same.
