This is an old route That Mike Burke created for us back in the day . Starting in Rainford at our usual starting point we head out through Crawford , and then up Hall Green and over Ashurst , so a bit of climbing to start us !!

Mainly quiet back roads , one or two busier roads

Merlins Bakery in Burscough

tubes , a pump , basic tools , suitable clothing and a helmet , some money for lunch and a lock to lock your bike up .

We never leave anyone behind
