Mountain Bike ride Saturday - Epping Forest

Starting from - MTB's that are in good working order, "No helmet no ride" over 18+ years only, no children sorry, we will start from Bury Road Car Park, Chingford E4 7QJ next to golf club, free parking at 10am and cycle for an hour then stop for a tea break and then carry on back to car park, there is 1/2 hills but you can push up if necessary, bring water and money for tea/coffee or cake at stop point. toilets available. register for group through buddy request if your coming and where you want to meet thanks Liz, E4 7LJ
