Morecambe to Levens along the Bay Cycleway

Along Route 700 from Morecambe to Levens, and back, looping around Silverdale. Mostly quiet roads with a few busier sections. Mostly undulating with a few short steeper climbs. The hardest climb being on the way back up out of Arnside. The type of climb that makes you want to do it again and again just to beat your time! Great scenery on a clear day across Morecambe Bay. Possibly aiming for a café stop at RSPB Leighton Moss....mainly so that the Arnside climb is out of the way? I'll take advisement on all these....not put a ride on before! But I've cycled this route many times and it's suitable for most people. Any advice on timings gratefully received, but I've cycled back along this route with significant winds against....and it's doable!
