Leisurely ride along the Prom ro Heysham and back. Meeting at Eric's statue opposite Eric's cafe on Marine Road
Traffic free cycle path along the promenade
We can either stop at the Church cafe at Heysham for refreshments at our turnaround point or at Eric's café on our return at the end of the ride
Come dressed for the weather and bring your bike helmet.
