Beautiful ride mainly along cycle paths and country roads to Eling tide mill where we will stop for refreshments. Weather permitting we will sit outside to enjoy views over the water so please bring suitable clothing.
You will need:
A roadworthy bike and a helmet.
Spare inner tube and tyre levers to fit your bike.
A bike lock

We will cycle at a steady pace that suits everyone, with regular stops to catch your breath and have a drink.
