More than a gentle breeze…… to Braishfield pantry

Starting in Valley park we will be cycling towards North Baddesley, on through Ampfield before we stop for coffee at Braishfield pantry. We will return to the start via Crampmore .
The route is mainly on cycle paths and quiet country lanes, it includes a few hills which we will pedal at a gentle pace, taking a breather at the top. We will be cycling together as a group at a pace to suit all, there is no such thing as holding people up!

You will need
A roadworthy bike & helmet (all bikes are welcome on a Breeze ride)
An inner tube and pump to fit your bike (you don't need to be able to fix a puncture yourself)
A drink
Suncream
Suitable clothing for the weather
Money / payment card for coffee / cake at the cafe
