A ride to the beautiful Stanlake Park Wine estate, via country lanes and some roads and cycleways. The route is not too hilly, although there are a few ups and downs. From Montague Park, we will head towards Binfield, then through Waltham St. Lawrence and Ruscombe, before dropping downhill to Stanlake Vineyard, where we can have coffee/tea (or even wine!) from their cafe/wine bar (after 12 miles). It is then just 10 miles back, via the lanes around Hurst, to Winnersh and along the new distributor road to Wokingham. The route is mostly on roads and cycle paths, with one short section off-road (which we can avoid if necessary.) You must please wear a cycle helmet and bring a bottle of water, card for payment at the cafe and a bike lock if you have one. PLEASE NOTE: The cafe accepts card payments only.

Please check your bike before coming out - especially tyres inflated correctly, both brakes working and oil on your chain. Please bring a spare inner tube and anything else you may need for repairs en route.

We never leave anyone behind
