Heading out through Crayke and Brandsby, up to Yearsley and across to Hovingham, Stonegrave and Gilling before stopping at Ampleforth for refreshments then back by Coxwold and Cold Comfort Farm.

We will stop at Hearts, Ampleforth for refreshments.

Bring helmet, puncture repair kit or tube plus drink and energy snack.
