Starting point

Cheshire
CH3 6NN

Evening training type ride for women who might be aiming for some sportives this summer or want to push the pace a little and get a work out, in a supportive group of like-minded women and with a Ride Leader (or two!)

This is still a social ride, but the expected pace is 12mph++ so we will aim to work hard to build stamina and endurance. You should hopefully be comfortable with riding in pairs and in a small group but don't worry about this too much as we will focus on some group skills and only do what you are comfortable with.

The route is 15 miles and I estimate the ride should take no longer than 1.5hrs.

There will be an optional post ride social catch up and chat at The Raven in Farndon for anyone who would like to!

Road bikes only (or hybrid with road tyres) for this ride please.

Please bring a full water bottle and lights for front and rear (in case of delays).

Here is a link to the route - if you have a Garmin or Wahoo, please feel free to download the route https://ridewithgps.com/routes/39294090
