From Insole Court we’ll take St Fagan’s Road and St Bride’s Road out towards Gwern y Steeple. Then up through Pendoylan to Hensol. We then climb up past Llanerch Vineyards to Miskin.
After a busy crossing of the A4119 we take a quiet lane past Arthur Llewellyn Jenkins Store to Cross Inn. From there we pick up a cycle track before joining the Llantrisant Road.
We then follow the Llantrisant Road through Church Village and down into Glyntaff where we then take the A4054 Cardiff Road down through Taffs Well and Tongwynlais.
From there we have a choice of taking the Taff Trail back to Llandaff or, after taking a cycle track through Coryton, we can take the A4054 then Kelston Road and Station Road through Llandaff North and then cross Llandaff Bridge into Llandaff.
