Canals, tree lined paths, disused railways, streams, open parkland and the occasional concrete cow are the order of the day as you follow a circular route starting and finishing at Willen Lake, which takes in some of the hidden beauty that Milton Keynes has to offer. There are plenty of opportunities to stop and admire 18th Century Manor houses, peaceful rural hamlets, a windmill, a Roman Villa and many pieces of artwork including MK's famous Concrete Cows.
This circular route around the Redways highlights the ease in which you can navigate your way around a busy, car-centric city and see some sights which you probably didn't realise even existed!
