start at millbrook ride to downderry and back.  Stop for food at Downderry.  very hilly but will go at a comfy pace for the slowest.  finish in millbrook 3pm Have left plenty of time  - may go for a swim at Downderry but could speed up if preferred depending on the mood of the group.
