Mile End Breeze ride

this ride will be open to mothers/ aunts/ grandmothers/ carers and their daughters nieces etc children up to the age of 12 We plan to ride from Urban Adventure Base to the Olympic Park stopping off for a coffee and slice of cake at the end. We have bikes available for use but they need to be booked in advance and are only available for those over 1m40cm Bring a packed lunch and the aim of the ride is to gain a little confidence and is open to those that can ride but feel they need a little support.
