Mildenhall Ladies do Lunch

This will be a gentle 18 mile ride on mostly quiet lanes with one very short section of bridle way. Stopping just over half way at La Hogue Farm Shop for lunch, don’t feel obliged to have lunch if you don't want to, they have a varied menu from a cuppa and cake to full lunch. It’s perfect for beginners and anyone who’s not been on a bike for a while. We really welcome newcomers to our rides.  It's a good idea to bring some water and you may also want to bring a snack if you think your energy levels may need topping up along the way. Wearing a helmet is advisable; if you don’t have one please do not to worry you can still take part, I have spares that can be borrowed if wished.   If you enjoy the bike ride and would like to come again perhaps you could look to buy one then.  We really welcome newcomers to our rides; we will always ride at the pace of the slowest rider so no one is left behind. Everyone’s welcome – look forward to seeing you there!
