Middleton Top to Parsley Hay (High Peak Trail)

100% disused railway, well compacted dirt track. The route offers exposure to some beautiful view of the Derbyshire countryside.

A relatively flat route which offers some beautiful views of the Derbyshire Countryside.

A road specific bike or a bike with tyres suitable for the road are not advisable for this ride. Gravel or hybrid with off road tyres are advised.

We plan to stop at Parsley Hay were there is a refreshment kiosk and toilet facilities.

A helmet is a must. Clothing suitable for changeable weather during the ride. Spare innertube/puncture repair kit, mobile phone, cash/card for refreshments, and car park, and a facemask. I will confirm, prior to the ride, of any relevant Covid restrictions we need to adhere to. Please ensure your bike is mechanically sound prior to arriving for the ride.
