Mid week schooltime ride

Everyone ia welcome to join what I am sure will be a lovely afternoon ride in the spring sunshine. While the older children are at school why not bring your toddler in a trailer or hire one from Rutland cycling for the ride?  This will be a relaxed and fun ride taking it at a leisurely pace so that no one gets left behind! All levels of cyclists are welcome but we particularly encourage those new to cycling or anyone who is returning to the saddle and wants to be in a supportive, fun group of like minded women. We will always cycle at the speed of the slowest rider so no one is left behind. We are hoping to have rides for all levels of fitness and ability in the future so if you are interested in regular rides with other women then please get in touch on 07913 663 977. It's a good idea to bring some water and you may also want to bring a snack.  Dress appropriately for the weather: in cool weather it's good to wear lots of thin layers, so you can add/remove them as needed; a rain jacket is a good idea too!  Need a bike?
Rutland cycling are kindly offering hugely reduced rates on hire bikes and will only charge Breeze participants £5 per bike and £1 per helmet for 2 hours. For more information please contact 01480 812500.  Please note you must pre-book the bike hire before the day of the ride. Wearing a helmet is advisable; if you don’t have one please do not to worry you can still take part.  If you enjoy the bike ride and would like to come again perhaps you could look to buy one then.  Look forward to seeing you there!
