Holme Meadow (Show Ground) car park, Holme Lane Messingham. . SE899051. Approaching Messingham from the North turn left at the mini-roundabout on to Holme Lane. Car Park is on the left after 600yards. N.B. This not our usual start point!

An easy going fairly flat route (all tarmac) from Messingham down to the Trent bank, then through the Forest to a coffee stop at Blyton Ice Cream, then towards Kirton and up the b road back to Messingham. A bit longer than the last edition of this ride to avoid the main road between Scotter and Messingham.
