Not really challenging! A nice easy ride down to the river Trent then south through Laughton forest and on to a coffee/ ice cream stop at Blyton before returning through Northorpe and Scotter. AQll tarmac, best suited to road bikes and hybrids but mountain bikes would be OK if you're happy with the distance.
