Meet Merthyr Leisure village out from at 09:30
We are then going to follow the Taff Trail (8) past Mormon church and up to Ponsticill Reservoir.
Here you have the option to go around the reservoir and head back to Merthyr Leisure Centre, or if you want to get the additional miles, we will continue and follow the trail to Talybont-on-usk
