Starting point

Warwickshire
CV37 8YE

This 43 mile route has its ups and downs, but will start with a relatively easy ride north from Meon Vale Leisure Centre CV37 8QR car park (free) to Welford, then undulating lanes over to Binton, Billsley, Wilmcote and Snitterfield. We will ride through the lanes close to the M40 and pause for a brief bit of culture: a look at the Anthony Gormley statue by the canal at Lowsonford. Then we will head for Wootten Wawen for a well-earned coffee stop at The Cow Shed cafe, at about the 25 mile mark. From there we head over to Shelfield Green, Great Alne, Temple Grafton, Bidford and back via Dorsington to the start point. Ideally the weather on the day will be dry and still!
