Mellow Thursday to Twyford via Shawford.

From Wolvesey Palace we will cycle along the Watermeadows to the Viaduct. From there we will continue via Compton and Shawford to Twyford, where we will head back towards Winchester. It is a nice little loop with beautiful views of the countryside.

There are a couple of hills and busy roads, but the ride is mostly on quiet country lanes. We will cycle at an easy pace and nobody will be left behind.

This is a great little ride, if your are new to cycling or not used to cycle in groups.

Please do not come if you are feeling unwell.

Things to bring:
- Helmet
- Lights for your bike - in case it's dull
- Suitable clothing for the weather and hi-vis if possible.
- A drink and snack if you think you need one
- Money and lock for your bike in case we want to stop for a tea/coffee.
- A spare inner tube, tyre levers and pump just in case of a puncture.

Do check that your bike is roadworthy and your tyres are pumped up!
