Starting from - Please meet by 9.15am in Leintwardine by the green which is opposite the Lion Hotel, parking is usually available near to here but allow time to find a space. We will have our usual checks, any introductions and be ready to start our ride for 9.30am. SY7 0JZ

Our ride starts in Leintwardine and takes us on country lanes with a few short sections of A road on the route. We will have a coffee stop in Brampton Bryan where they are having their annual Scarecrow Sunday before returning via Buckton and back to Leintwardine.
This ride is open to both men and women, first timers always very welcome to come along and enjoy some company with us with no pressure to do hills or go at a fast pace.
No special clothing is required, something bright makes us more visible to other road users. Please bring a well maintained bike, spare inner tube and pump or what you need if you have tubeless tyres, some water for yourself and money/card for the cafe stop.
A cycling helmet is recommended for all adults.
