This is an introductory ride for people interested in riding with Brixworth Velo. The ride will be at a steady pace, aiming to maintain 12-14mph as an average speed. This is very much a social ride, not a race!

We will be cycling on mainly quiet country roads. There will be a couple of hills with the lovely Station Road Hill at the end.

Normally we would include a coffee stop, but due to Covid restrictions we will not be stopping today so please make sure you bring enough food and drink to get you round. There is the opportunity for a takeaway coffee at the Workhouse at the end of the ride.

Helmets are mandatory - no helmet, no ride. Please also ensure that you have pump, and kit to get you going again should you get a puncture. Hopefully the weather will be nice, but be dressed for the conditions!

We never leave anyone behind
