Meeting at Windle Island at 9.15am for a 9;30am start. The route will take us along the Rainford Bypass, up through Bickerstaffe, Aughton Park, Halsall and through to Ainsdale.

On the return we'll head past Barton, Holt Green, Bowker's Green, Barrow Nook, Rainford finishing back at Windle Island.

Roughly 37 miles in total and suitable for all bike types. We expect to be back at Windle by 3pm latest.

If you intend to arrive by car, parking is available on the ‘old Rainford Road’ on the North side of the traffic lights at Windle Island.
