Come and join one of our Sunday social rides organised by Mid Devon Cycling Club. We’re a friendly bunch. Distance is approximately 30 miles with a café stop mid route. Average speed is approximately 10-12mph. Routes can be hilly so a road bike or light hybrid please. This week we have a departure from the norm as we are starting from Paignton and going into the South Hams to Dittisham via Stoke Gabriel, Totnes and Ashprington. Returning via the Kingswear Ferry. Ferry Fare is £3.50 so please bring a bit of extra cash. The Ferry Boat Inn is our café stop. Very hilly but beautiful ride. Michele Radant is leading this one. These rides are ideal progression for Breeze or Sky riders who are now finding their challenging rides easy and are getting to the tops of the hills at the front of the groups. Please bring a drink with you, a spare tube just in case and a bike lock and money for the café. Please also dress in accordance with weather conditions. Mid Devon Cycling Club has a website - mdcc.org.uk - where you will be able to find a list of all the club runs and a facebook page where the runs destinations are posted weekly. There is no parking or toilets at the start so please find suitable off road parking and ride to the start. All under 18s must be accompanied by an adult and be capable of cycling 30 miles at 10mph. For further details please contact Mike or Michele Radant on 01803 782732
