MDCC Saturday Social & Breeze Ride to A38 Cycling Bridge Opening.

Come and join one of our Saturday social rides organised by Mid Devon Cycling Club. We’re a friendly bunch. For this week's ride we have a special trip as Mid Devon Cycling Club and Breeze Riders have been invited to the official opening of the new cycling bridge over the A38, which is going to be a great addition to our future routes. This will be a 30 mile ish route travelling up the Teign Valley and up our hill of the day (Doccombe) to Moretonhampstead for coffee then back down to Bovey Tracey for the ceremony. If you are a MDCC member please wear club kit for the ride if you have it. Routes can be hilly so a road bike or hybrid is the best type of bike to use. These rides are ideal progression for Breeze or Sky riders who are now finding their challenging rides easy and are getting to the tops of the hills at the front of the groups. Please bring a drink with you, a spare tube just in case and a bike lock and money for the café. Please also dress in accordance with weather conditions.
