May the Forth be with you

From the title of this ride you May of guessed, that we are having a Star Wars themed ride. We invite you to come along dressed up, and join in the fun. Competition for the best dressed rider. Please be aware when dressing up, that nothing is going to get tangled in your bike wheels, if you are unsure we will go through the clothing checks before the ride, so no need to worry. This is a 29 mile ride starting from Waltham, heading towards the Wolds, where we will climb, Ashby hill into East Ravendale. Following the Wold Newton road through the village and up to the top road of Kelstern. We will travel along the top until we arrive at Gypsy Hollow where we will drop to the coast, through Fotherby, Little Grimsby and Covenham. A planned stop at the New Inn or The Plough before returning via Holton Le Clay back to Waltham. There are a few hills to climb in this ride, but don't be put off we will encourage you up, and will always travel at the pace of the slowest rider. It is always wise to bring a bottle of drink with you, and may be a snack if required. Money will be required for refreshments.
