Marsh Discovery

A very gentle ride across the marsh and on to the Millenium Coast Path, to follow the estuary to the Discovery Centre at North Dock, Llanelli for a coffee, and return by the same route.
This ride follows National Cycle Route 4, and has approximately 3 miles of road riding, with a cycle lane marked on the road, and the rest is on a designated cycle path/shared use path.
The route is almost pancake flat, and there will be no pressure of time; this is a leisurely, social ride.

Bring a lock, if you have one, for the cafe stop.

Short sections of the coast path are paved with hard packed gravel and may not be suitable for carbon fibre, super light road bikes, but any normal road bike with winter tyres, or any hybrid bike will be fine. e
