Marple Aqueduct

Starting from Brookside Garden Centre, a mainly traffic free route from Poynton through Marple and back. We will be cycling along Middlewood Way, through Chadkirk to join the Peak Forest Canal then along the canal, over the aqueduct and up the Marple lock flight. There is one short very steep hill which we will walk up.

We will get a coffee on our return to the garden centre.

Please make sure that your bike is roadworthy and bring a lock and some money for the garden centre cafe. Helmets are advisable and bring a drink for along the way.
