The route will be decided on the day to suit the riders and prevailing weather conditions. We will also consider the risk of ice before starting. Routes from Marlow may go North into the Chiltern Hills and villages or South e.g. towards Maidenhead, Windsor or Twyford areas. Usually 25 to 30+ miles of mixed quiet roads and off-road trails. Note the overall ride duration will vary depending on stops for coffee, punctures etc. so allow up to four hours total.

Our routes are on quiet lanes and easy off-road tracks as much as possible. We try and avoid off-road tracks that are liable to be very wet and muddy.

We incorporate a coffee stop during the ride.

Please check the weather on the day and dress accordingly. You should also bring a puncture repair kit with either patches or, preferably, a spare tube. Hybrid style or mountain bikes are ideal, including e-bikes. Bikes with narrow, slick tyres may have difficulty with some of the off-road sections. All bikes must be in a safe roadworthy condition. Helmets are required and front and rear lights recommended.
