Margate - Along The Bays - 4 miler

This picturesque route starts at the Oval Gardens in Cliftonville which has a bandstand which hosts all types of music through the year as well as holding Farmers Markets on the last Sunday of the month. Heading out onto the ride and not far from the Oval Gardens is the Walpole Bay Bowls Club and The Walpole Bay Hotel and Museum where you step back in time to the ambience of a bygone era. Further on you'll pass the Jet Ski World No 1 coastal launch venue which boasts many features and facilities ranging from a simple cup of coffee to a full roast dinner to Jet Ski launching. After a little more riding you’ll come to your half way point where you’ll stop for a break by the Botany Bay Hotel, situated on the magnificent clifftop at Kingsgate.
