About the route
This will be a leisurely ride across the seafront to Rest Bay, riding along the cycle path. The total ride will be approximately 6 miles and suitable for beginners. Please wear a helmet and bring waterproof jacket in case of rain, and some change for a coffee stop.
Please note: this ride will be filmed by British Cycling to promote HSBC UK Breeze rides in Wales.
