Leave Kingsmeadows car park. Turn left up Springhill Road, then right up Springwood Road then first left up Bonnington Road. You cycle on the same road around Cademuir across the cattle grid and river. Then turn left to go up Manor valley. We cycle up a gradual gradient of a hill and then cycle back down the same road which is a gradual down hill most of the way. There are a few little hills on this route.

Helmets are essential and bring money for a cuppa at the end of the ride and a spare innertube. Bike needs to be in working order.
