Malt Kiln Farm for Coffee

We meet up at the Green in Bitteswell, we go along Ashby Lane to Ullesthorpe, up to Claybrooke, take a left turn towards Monks Kirby, we cross the A5 and continue along the lanes, crossing Coalpit Lane and into Monks Kirby. we then join up with the B4027 for approx 1/2 mile arriving at Malt Kiln Farm, we will stop for a quick coffee and then head back using almost the same route. Its not a hilly route, it does have a a bit of drag between Monks Kirby and Coalpit Lane but nothing major.

This is a Ladies only, road bike ride, we will average 12/14 mph. This is a fairly quiet route from the Green at Bitteswell to Malt Kiln Farm for a coffee (and cake!!) We operate a strict no drop policy so you will never be left on your own at the back.

Where possible we will always stick to quiet lanes, obviously this cannot be guaranteed, we cross the A5 and Coalpit Lane, we do not ride along them

We will get to Malt Kiln Farm have a coffee (cake??) and return back to Bitteswell. The timings are approximate and will depend on weather and traffic conditions. I have allowed 90 mins riding time and 30 mins for coffee
