Do come equipped with snacks drinks and cycle maintenance essentials i.e. inner tube repair kit and cycle pump. You are responsible for your own bike and its fitness so please be prepared.
We are a social ride not a race or triathlon training so please be prepared to stay with and ride as a group for the safety of the group and respect of others.This is to help convey instructions directions and information so that the ride leader can communicate with the whole group and see the whole group at all times, therefore limiting the potential for an accident
Your Breeze champion is the ride leader and under the British Cycling initiative carries the authority to run the ride for the comfort and safety of the group as a whole, if you are unwilling to ride in the manner that they ask you will be told to leave the ride.
