About the route

Maglia Rosso Cycle Shop and Cafe Metcalf Arms Hawstead Bury St Edmunds Suffolk
A ride of approx 15 miles, it will be a gentle ride but there will be hills!
We will do a route round and back to the start for refreshements.
I prefer ladies to wear helmets, but I do leave the choice to you. I do have a couple of spares if you want to borrow one, (please let me know in advance so I can bring them)
The weather is due to dry, but do bring water proofs/dress suitably for the conditions.
Don't forget to bring some money for refreshments afterwards if you want them.
