WA13 9AQ opposite Lymm hotel on Stathom ave ranger station car park on the TPT
riding the Trans Pennine trail through Warrington then picking up the Sankey valley trail up through newton, and on to Carr mill dam (near St Helens)
nutrition essential as limited places to get food
spare tube and bike tool essential
you will be riding 100 % traffic free on a variety of surfaces
