This is a gentle ride suitable for ladies who are new to cycling or who havn't cycled much. We will always cycle at the pace of the slowest rider and stop for coffee at the tea rooms at Lowther Castle. Please dress appropriately for the weather. It is advisable to wear a helmet and carry a spare inner tube.
